2017 Outlook Forum in Santa Barbara was the most immersive and expansive to date.
With so many of California’s tourism leaders and influencers gathered, the event served as a rare moment for the industry to share what’s on their minds with colleagues.
Industry networking roundtables provided forums to do just that. Five breakout sessions – research, public relations, marketing, stakeholder outreach and travel trade – set the stage for industry partners from each segment to network with peers while sharing concerns, best practices and the top-of-mind issues shaping today’s tourism landscape.
